SUMMER EMPLOYMENT FOR
STUDENTS and PERSONS OF YOUTH
 
LAKELAND INDUSTRIES SHELTERED WORKSHOP
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
 
Lakeland Industries has been approved again this year to hire students/youth/young adults for summer employment 2021.  Persons who are presently:
A)           Between the Ages of 15 – 30 years
B)   In High School, grades 9 - 12;
B)   In a Post Secondary Institution;                                          -or-
C)           Have been accepted and attending a post secondary institution in September may apply for these positions with our organization.
 
(S.E.E.D Registration is required for some of the positions at Lakeland so make sure if you are a graduate and are furthering your education you apply with S.E.E.D).
 
These student/youth positions will be filled by an interview selection process where the most qualified individuals will be selected for these positions. These positions will be considered Counselor positions with the ability to work and desire to work with and amongst mentally and physically challenged adults doing various duties including light labor duties in the workshop.
 
We are also interested in students/youth to work in our New Building.  Duties such as working with our clients, assisting the public in the Lakeland Shoppe, Working in the Preparation Room and Food Bank.
 
All students/youth must have their own transportation to and from Lakeland.
 
Include with your resume, your acceptance letter from your post secondary institution that you will be attending in September, 2021, or a resume for those who are still attending High School or ages 15 – 30 years.
